This package combines the latest English and Japanese work into one operating environment. You do not need to install anything.

What “shared data” means

English and Japanese are display modes of the same dashboards. Switching language does not create a second record, replace your content or reset the floor.

Important boundary: the nine specialist floors keep separate source-of-truth documents in one shared database. Human edits and Codex-assisted edits use the same records and audit log; explicit handoffs are still required between floors.

What is included

Daily Command Center, all nine factory floors including Lead Discovery & Market Action, Opportunity Intelligence & Supply, shared language controls, safe migration of records from the former Japanese build, and English/Japanese manuals.

Version audit: the supplied English v4 Visual Manuals and Japanese v2 Visual Manuals packages contained the same seven core floors but were still two independent systems and did not include Floor 08. This final keeps the repaired canonical floor features, adds Floor 08 and the Daily Command Center, and applies Japanese as a reversible interface layer over one record schema.

Saving, collaboration and privacy

Operational records save to the access-controlled shared workspace. The browser keeps a safety copy so manual work can continue during a temporary connection problem, then retries shared saving automatically. Continue exporting JSON before imports or resets.

Keep access restricted. Only authorized operators should be added to this hosted workspace. Do not make the site public while it contains live lead, client, product or partner records.

Final verification

The directory, guide, Daily Command Center and all nine floors passed runtime and link checks. Manual edits were saved to shared storage, reloaded successfully and recorded in the activity log. The EN → 日本語 → EN round-trip preserved records, and legacy Japanese-schema migration created safety backups before normalization.

「共有データ」の意味

英語と日本語は、同じダッシュボードの表示モードです。言語を切り替えても、別の記録を作成したり、入力内容を置き換えたり、フロアをリセットしたりしません。

重要な範囲：8つの専門フロアは、共有クラウドワークスペース内の個別運用ドキュメントとして保存されます。許可されたセッション間で更新は同期されます。ただし、フロア間の引き継ぎ自動化はまだ限定的であり、受け側フロアでの確認が必要です。

含まれるもの

日次コマンドセンター、8つの全ファクトリーフロア、機会インテリジェンス＆供給、共通言語スイッチ、旧日本語版データの安全な移行、英語・日本語マニュアルを含みます。

バージョン監査：提供された英語版 v4 Visual Manuals と日本語版 v2 Visual Manuals には同じ7つの主要フロアが含まれていましたが、別々のシステムであり、フロア08は含まれていませんでした。この最終版は、修復済みの標準フロア機能を維持し、フロア08と日次コマンドセンターを追加し、1つの記録スキーマ上に日本語を可逆的な表示レイヤーとして実装しています。

保存・共同運用・プライバシー

運用記録はアクセス制御された共有ワークスペースへ保存されます。一時的な接続障害時も手動作業を続けられるよう、ブラウザには安全コピーが残り、共有保存を自動で再試行します。インポートやリセット前のJSON書き出しは継続してください。

アクセスは制限したまま運用してください。このホスト型ワークスペースへ追加するのは許可された担当者だけにしてください。実際のリード、顧客、商品、パートナー記録が含まれる状態でサイトを公開しないでください。

最終検証

ファクトリーフロア一覧、ガイド、日次コマンドセンター、8つの全フロアについて、実行時テストとリンクテストに合格しました。手動編集が共有ストレージへ保存され、再読み込み後も維持され、更新履歴へ記録されることを確認しました。EN → 日本語 → EN の切り替えでも記録は維持され、旧日本語スキーマの移行では正規化前に安全バックアップが作成されます。
